Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VyapaarOS software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the software.

2. License Grant

VyapaarOS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on a single device (one device per activation key). You are granted a revocable license to use the software during the period in which your subscription remains valid.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in VyapaarOS, including all intellectual property rights, are owned exclusively by VyapaarOS or its licensors. You acknowledge that no title to the software or its copies is transferred to you. You may not modify, translate, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer the software.

4. Restrictions on Use

You agree NOT to:

• Sell, distribute, lease, transfer, assign, or sublicense the software or activation keys to any third party
• Share activation keys with multiple users or devices
• Use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to crack, hack, or bypass the activation system
• Create derivative works based on the software
• Use the software in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations

5. Subscription & Activation Key

One Device Per Key: Each activation key is valid for one device only. The activation key cannot be transferred to another device or user.

Subscription Validity: Your license to use VyapaarOS is valid only during the active subscription period. Upon payment, you will receive an activation key via email.

Subscription Expiration: Once your subscription expires, the software will cease to function and will not open. There is NO way to recover data from the software without an active subscription. We strongly recommend maintaining regular manual backups of your data.

6. Data Backup & Recovery

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining regular backups of your business data. We recommend taking manual backups periodically to ensure you do not lose critical information.

No Data Recovery: If your subscription expires, there is no mechanism to recover your data without renewing your subscription. VyapaarOS is not responsible for any data loss resulting from expired subscriptions or failure to maintain backups.

7. Offline-First Architecture

VyapaarOS is designed as an offline-first application. All your business data is stored locally on your device. Internet connection is required only for:

• Verifying activation key validity during initial setup
• Cloud sync functionality (optional)
• Receiving support and updates

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VyapaarOS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the software, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits.

9. Termination

Your license automatically terminates upon expiration of your subscription. We may also terminate your license immediately if you violate any provision of these Terms of Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
