1.Introduction & Single Purpose Statement

Welcome to LinkedIn Auto Messenger & Growth Suite (the “Extension”), developed by VyapaarOS (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We take user privacy, platform compliance, and data security extremely seriously.

In strict accordance with the Microsoft Edge Add-ons Store Developer Policies and Chrome Web Store Single Purpose Policy, the Extension has a narrow, transparent, and focused single purpose:

Single Purpose Definition: The Extension is an automated productivity utility designed to streamline professional networking and B2B client acquisition. It automates personalized connection invitations and messages on LinkedIn, refreshes job seeker profiles on Naukri to boost recruiter visibility, and extracts publicly displayed business contact details from Google Maps to initiate 1-click WhatsApp web conversations.

By installing, enabling, or using the Extension, you acknowledge and agree to the data collection and usage practices outlined in this Privacy Policy.

2.Information We Collect & How It Is Handled

A. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The Extension operates on a Local-First Architecture. All outreach configurations and campaign records are saved exclusively within your browser's sandboxed storage (chrome.storage.local):

Custom outreach message templates, personalized variables (first name, company, job title), and notes.
Target connection queues and campaign progress counters (sent count, pending count, skipped count).
Daily automation quotas and rate-limiting limits (e.g., maximum 20 connections per day) to preserve safety.
Publicly visible business lead entries scraped on Google Maps during your active searches (name, phone, address).
Local extension UI preferences (dark mode, tab selection, auto-scroll interval settings).

This data remains strictly on your computer and is never transmitted to, monitored by, or stored on VyapaarOS servers.

B. Cloud Account & Subscription Synchronization

To provide subscription licensing, plan upgrades, and version security checks, the Extension communicates with our secure Google Firebase cloud backend:

Your registered email address and Google UID for account identification.

Subscription Status

Current plan tier (Free, Pro, Enterprise) and active validity date.

Account Timestamps

Account creation date and last license validation timestamp.

Version Compatibility

Minimum required extension version to notify you of critical updates.

C. What We NEVER Collect or Access

Strict Non-Collection Guarantee:

We do NOT record or store your LinkedIn, Naukri, or WhatsApp passwords.
We do NOT intercept or read private messages, chats, or personal emails outside automated outreach triggers.
We do NOT capture payment card details, bank accounts, or financial transactions.

3.Browser & Host Permissions Justification

In accordance with Microsoft Edge and Chromium manifest policies, we only request the minimum necessary permissions required to provide the core functionality:

4.Zero Remote Code & Security Architecture

We strictly adhere to Manifest V3 security requirements. All application logic, content scripts, and stylesheets are 100% packaged inside the published extension bundle:

No Remote Code Execution

The Extension never downloads or executes remote JavaScript, WebAssembly, or external CDN scripts at runtime. Every script executed is cryptographically signed and reviewed during store submission.

Strict Content Security Policy

Our manifest enforces a zero-tolerance Content Security Policy (CSP). Dynamic script evaluation methods such as eval(), new Function(), and inline code injection are prohibited by design.

Secure HTTPS Communication

All licensing and subscription requests to Google Firebase are encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 / HTTPS encryption.

Sandboxed Local Storage

Your lead data and message templates reside inside the browser's isolated extension storage area, inaccessible to regular web pages or external trackers.

5.Third-Party Services & Infrastructure

The Extension interacts with trusted third-party providers solely for authentication, licensing, and distribution:

Google Firebase (Auth & Realtime Database)

Used to manage user registration, Google OAuth sign-in, and verify active Pro subscription status.

Microsoft Edge Add-ons Store / Edge Browser API

Facilitates extension installation, automated updates, integrity verification, and user reviews.

Google Chrome Web Store (Chromium Engine)

Provides browser extension runtime APIs and compliance enforcement.

6.Data Retention & User Control Rights

Because your outreach data is stored on your own device, you maintain full control over its lifecycle:

Instant Local Data Clearing

You can clear all saved queues, message logs, and templates at any time directly through the extension settings, or by right-clicking the extension icon and choosing 'Remove from Microsoft Edge' (which permanently purges local storage).

Export & Portability

You can export your scraped leads, phone lists, and templates to CSV or JSON formats at any time before clearing.

Account Deletion

To permanently remove your Firebase cloud account and license record, email us at [email protected] and we will purge all associated database entries within 72 hours.

7.Platform Guidelines & Ethical Automation

VyapaarOS encourages respectful, professional, and compliant outreach:

Human-Paced Delays: Built-in randomized delay intervals (20s–45s) simulate authentic human browsing patterns and prevent aggressive scraping.
Platform Terms Respect: Users are responsible for adhering to LinkedIn's Professional Community Policies, Naukri terms, and WhatsApp Business guidelines.
Anti-Abuse Safeguards: Hard daily action caps prevent accidental mass-messaging or account flagging.

8.Children's Privacy

The Extension is an enterprise and business productivity tool intended strictly for adult professionals, recruiters, business owners, and job seekers aged 18 and older.

We do not knowingly collect, store, or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). If we become aware that an account has been created by a minor, we will delete that record immediately.

9.Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect new features, updated browser store requirements, or statutory changes. When modifications occur, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be refreshed accordingly.
